DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

We ship to UK addresses only. Postage is £3.95 for CD-only orders and £4.95 for clothing, accessories or mixed orders, charged once per order. Your total is shown before payment. Contact us about unusually large orders.

Please allow up to two weeks for dispatch. We run the merch store ourselves. Delivery time is additional.

Any different delivery date for a preorder will be shown before you pay.

Afterglow preorders

Dispatch within two weeks of your order. Delivery time is additional. We print the tee sizes ordered. Production goes ahead regardless of how many orders are placed; your order does not depend on a minimum sales target.

If you need to cancel before dispatch, email us with your order reference. If dispatch is delayed, we’ll contact you with an update and you can contact us to cancel rather than wait.

Changed your mind?

For standard goods bought online, tell us within 14 days after receiving your order if you want to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Email us with your order reference for return instructions.

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind cancellation. You can inspect the goods as you would in a shop; we may reduce a refund for handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

For a full-order cancellation, we refund the goods and the cost of standard outbound delivery. Any extra cost for an upgraded delivery service is not refunded. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days after receiving the return or evidence it was sent back, whichever is earlier.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email us with your order reference and a description of the problem. We’ll arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty or incorrect. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
